Just starting out, writing about my travel experiences with allergies! Aswell as some general travel info

I am Soph, 23 and living in the UK, The past few years I have travelled to many places in Europe and more recently Thailand with a severe nut allergy, I’ve noticed that there isn’t detailed information available in regards to travel with allergies, other than obvious information which you will probably already know.

I feel this is quite critical! For me it was a big worry when travelling to Thailand and can put many people off travelling at all,

I will be writing about my personal food recommendations and experiences in different countries and if this benefits just one person I will be more than happy!
